Abi Bennett

LITIGATION EXECUTIVE

Abi joined KDL Law in 2021 as a Litigation Executive and adds to the expert team here her 20 years’ plus experience working in legal services covering predominantly property related litigation. 

Abi is adept in rent arrears based possession claims, removal of squatters, injunctions and antisocial behaviour matters.

In a block and estate management context Abi has considerable experience in service charge recovery and disputes, leasehold enfranchisement claims, dilapidations claims and other contractual enforcement.

In 2018 Abi strengthened her skillset by taking on a professional support role focusing on client relationship management, recognising the importance of taking the time to understand clients’ needs and requirements to ensure the delivery of a first-class service in line with client expectations.  This has assisted her, and her clients, on her return to the front line of enforcement at KDL.
