Litigation Executive

Ben joined the expert team at KDL Law in January 2024 as a Litigation Executive. He has been working within the legal profession since 2018, qualifying as a paralegal in 2020. Ben is currently a member of CILEX, and is looking to complete his studies to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Having worked both within the Defendant and Claimant areas of both Personal Injury and contentious Residential Property Law, Ben’s legal career has always been within the field of litigation and, latterly, with a debt dispute and client based emphasis. Ben will therefore look to hone that expertise and further his knowledge by joining KDL Law.

Ben brings much to the KDL Law expert team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in resolving, pre-litigation, managed property disputes. His value is enhanced by his experience in contested debt related claims and ensuring his clients objectives are met in both the most pro-active and cost effective method.
