Gemmalucy Smith

LITIGATION EXECUTIVE

Gemmalucy joined the expert team at KDL Law in May 2022 as a Litigation Executive. She has been working within the legal profession since 2005 and is currently an Associate member of the Institute of Legal Executives, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive shortly in 2024.

Having worked both within the County Court and for private practice, Gemmalucy’s legal career has always been within the field of litigation and, latterly, with a debt and landlord and tenant emphasis. Gemmalucy’s latest experience has been working with a specialist property litigation firm and she now looks to hone that expertise by joining KDL Law.

Gemmalucy brings much to the KDL Law expert team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in tenancy termination and contested possession claims. Her value is enhanced by her experience in contested debt related claims and the enforcement of judgments obtained for clients.
