Litigation Executive

Nisa arrived at KDL Law in 2025 having worked in debt recovery since 2016 and qualifying as a Paralegal in 2021. As Litigation Executive she adds to the skill set of the KDL team being adept at resolving service charge, estate rentcharge and ground rent debts for clients.

Nisa's knowledge of leasehold property disputes extends also to resolution of breaches for unlawful use (AirB&B lets etc.), unlawful alterations and unlawful subletting obtaining swift conclusions to those often frustrating matters.

Nisa is currently a member of CILEX, and is looking to complete her studies to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive. She works currently under the Solicitors in the Complex Team at KDL and is an asset for us and the client's that she will assist moving forward.
